Come learn about and care for the insects that give us our food supplies! We will visit the homes of local butterflies in the Pollinator Patch, Butterfly Habitat and Monarch Way Station (home to at least 20 local butterflies). Lets care for them together! We may add plants to enhance the diversity for butterfly food sources and give you a plant to take home for your own butterfly patch. We are in the Credit River – Hungry Hollow ravine, rich in biodiversity. So, when we collectively act to help and protect this local ecosystem we impact-on many living critters and their survival and often see them as we engage in activities!
