Welcome to Willow Park Ecology Centre in Norval, Ontario

Nestled in the heart of Norval, Willow Park Ecology Centre (WPEC) is a vibrant space for environmental education, conservation, and community engagement.

Through hands-on programs, stewardship initiatives, and seasonal events, we inspire people of all ages to explore, appreciate, and care for the natural world.

🌿 Explore Field Trips  Fall/winter/spring programming. Teachers, Homeschool families and Scouting group leaders -this is for you!
🏕 Register for Camps  August 18-29 finish off summer’s outdoor fun! Get kids ready for school. Great news: free T-shirt with full week August registrations (sponsored by the Georgetown Kiwanis Club). Full-week, for all day or for half-days am/pm! Single day if you register by 8:00am the day before (T-shirt not included).
🤝 Volunteer With Us Join our team this summer for weekday/weekend in-park caring for nature gardens and trails while learning about local ecology. Weekend dates: Sun. Aug. 3rd, Sat. Aug. 9th. Weekday Aug 18-22, 25-29 during 9-5 for 2-4 hours. Tell us the time that works for you, we are on site!

Add your on-site photos of local plants and animals to our i-naturalist page. Willow Park Ecology Centre is within the Credit River and Hungry Hollow Centre of Biodiversity (Credit Valley Conservation, 2016). As a citizen scientist you’re helping to build data about the species richness in this habitat-rich biodiveristy hotspot!
